The Nintendo Direct conference has announced the US names for Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus' new forms. These forms are known in English as Therian Forme. We'll bring more details as they come such as their standard form names. the Official site confirms the standard forms of the Pokémon as Incarnate Forme

- In Roxie's Gym, you have to battle the Band Members first before she'll fight you
- The Underwater Ruins make a return with a similar layout as before. Like before, there are ancient treasures within which can be exchanged for items
- Rival, Roxie and you face off against Team Plasma at Virbank's docks. Once you've defeated them, they'll run to Route 20 but Roxie gives you TM01. Defeat them in Route 20, and return to Virbank. Roxie's father will take you and your rival to Castelia on his boat
- You get given the Bicycle by a clown as soon as you enter the main part of Castelia
- As you approach Burgh's Gym, Iris will talk to you about Team Plasma. You can also go to Liberty Garden immediately but apart from a few NPCs, it's empty
- Iris leads you to the easternmost pier and asks you to go into the sewer. Your rival follows. Your rival joins you in the sewer and will participate in Double Battles. Burgh appears in the sewer after you defeat some Plasma grunts You get HM04 after taking out the grunts (meant HM01 when you got it earlier. My apologies) and Achroma appears
- Burgh's Gym is pretty cool. It's a maze of multiple stories of silk which can suck you up, taking you up and/or down
- As you leave for Route 4, Bianca appears and gives the Itemfinder and there's a cave beyond the sewers in Castelia. The little plant area in Castelia City is accessed by the sewer and is where you will find Pokémon such as Eevee
- As you expect, Route 4's construction is finished. Achroma is there with the roadblock of Crustle, which he dispells. He battles you. Team as seen yesterday; Magnemite and Klink
- North-eastmost city is Seigaiha City and is connected to Undella via the Marine Tube. There's also a cave called Rebirth Mountain
- Join Avenue connects Route 4 to Nimbasa City
- Once in Nimbasa City, you and the opposite Gender challenge Ingo & Emmet. They have Gurdurr and Boldore each, at Level 26
- Elesa's old Gym has got people in it, some of whom will battle you. Puzzle is same as before. Follow through to the end and a trainer will give you an item and you can enter the new Gym . In the new gym, you walk along a catwalk, getting stopped by trainers
- Plasma terrorising the Rival after he complains about them stealing his sister's Purrloin. Battle them . You get TM95: Snarl, by going to Lostlorn Forest. A backpacker will ask you about Zoroark and will give you the TM
- When you enter Route 5, Bianca will appear and give you Fly, she'll then notice something and take you up to the trees where the Minccino with its Hidden Ability exists.
- You meet new Plasma and Old Plasma on the bridge, arguing until the rival comes in, causing new Plasma to flee. Go up to the house in the north of town and one of the Sages will battle you. He has Herdier Lv. 27 and Swoobat Lv. 27
- Get to Route 6 and Cheren will show you to the Weather Institute (where all Deerling still are after BW!). Cheren will give you Surf. You can then get a Deerling with its Hidden Ability of Serene Grace.

It is said that Unova Gym Leaders do appear within the World Tournament. Drayden, Brycen and Shizui have been noted. It's currently unknown if their teams are completely set

- In one of the modes Roxanne, the Hoenn Gym Leader of Rustboro City, is battlable

Cheren joins him southwards to some docks and onto the boat, as per the trailer. You end up teaming with both Cheren and Rival in seperate battles against Plasma Grunts. After defeating the grunts, the Shadow Triad appear and drag you from the area
- The Stranger's House is located in the middle of Marveous Bridge. At a certain spot, you will be removed and taken to the house where you will get the Lunar Wing
- walk over a bridge in Route 6 and Cobalion jumps out, then runs away. One of the sages then arrives and notes its backstory
- Mesprit confirmed for the game. It's Level 65. It's at the top of the Celestial Tower following a request to search for them by Professor Juniper
